Days in WY are often spent exploring the great outdoors. Depending on the season, you'll have opportunities for hiking, skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, snowmobiling, horseback riding, or white water rafting, just to name a few. Within a drive from the house, you're able to explore Grand Teton National Park and/or Yellowstone National Park. Both parks provide endless opportunities to soak in world-class scenery and discover a vast diversity of wildlife. Whatever you decide to do in your day, it's bound to be exciting and no doubt, favorite, new memories will be made. There's comfort in knowing that at the end of an active day, you'll have Alpine Airspace to retreat back to - a luxuriously cozy bed, and the beautiful anticipation of another day of vacation, when the sun rises again in the morning.

This house does NOT have air conditioning (which is standard in the area). We've found that if you open all of the windows in the evening and night-time hours. to let the fresh mountain air in, and then close them up before the sun begins to heat up during the day, the space stays quite comfortable. There are a few fans for your use to aid in air flow.

- Wraparound Deck & Large Main Level Deck - A wild west dream come true! No matter the time of day, sunup to sundown, you'll find the perfect spot to sit in one of the many Adirondack chairs or sprawl out on the oversized picnic table. *Please sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until this has been properly filled out and returned.

-Cancelation policy: guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
-Your renal fee *includes* coverage offered by RentalGuardian to provide integrated damage protection

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
